May Arts: Scraps Hop

We're having a Scrap Hop at May Arts today!
I thought a fun way to use those scraps that are only a few inches long would be to make ribbon covered bandages!

I had seen a post awhile ago with fabric covered bandages & thought ribbon would be another fun choice! The box had the width of the different sizes listed, which made it easy to pick ribbons that would fit. I've used 3/4" chevron twill,  5/8" glitter elastic, 5/8" cotton stripes, 5/8" denim, 5/8" burlap center stitch, and the new 1" solid with color band & stitched edge.

I used the fabric store brand type & Tacky glue.
Nothing fancy!

When the glue dried a bit I trimmed them up!

Sort of sad & lucky that my girl & I were both in need of a bandage shortly after I'd made these!!

Now make sure you hop along & leave comments- there will be 3 grab bags of the new release ribbons-so three chances to win this fun prize!!!

Here's the lineup! Good luck!
