My sweet daughter and I made these for preschool! Yes, I know that was several months ago! I used the cricut to cut out the tag & heart. She distressed the edges with SU! ink and applied the 'bling'! I did thread the ribbon & staple, but I think she did a pretty great job! I think the DP is DCWV, but wouldn't promise it. Ribbon & bling from Michael's.
Love the black/white polka dots with the red tag Jen.It's so great that she like working on these things:)
