Wrapping Up the Coffee Lovers Bloghop!

Sneaking in one last entry for the Coffee Lovers Bloghop as well as the Altenew Challenge!
Here's what I came up with:

I put the Altenew Coffee Love set to work with some zig coloring. I fussy cut the pot and mugs and attached to die cut panel with the sentiment. The background is embossed with a woodgrain plate to capture a bit of a fall feel!

Excited to check out the inspiration- the Coffee Lovers Hop is up to 810 as of this writing- looks like another record could be in the works!!
I know this hop is a ton of work to coordinate but it's always filled with so much fun and sweet crafters! Thank you to Amy & all the sponsors!

More Coffee!

Since I had that cute fall paper out I used the Lil Inkers dies & stamps to make this fun tag!
Coffee ribbon is a fun way to finish it off!

Coffee Lover's Hop!

Popping in with one more post for the Fall Coffee Lovers Bloghop!

I've used some Cosmo Cricket paper from my stash along with this adorable Newton Nook image- Lil Inker sentiment...

I'm looking forward to spending some quality time hopping through the amazing inspiration on this hop!
Thank you to Amy and all the sponsors for making this so much fun- I know it is a ton of work!!

The Heart Desires September guest post- take 2!

I am back today with my second post with The Heart Desires!

I've used Lawn Fawn Frosty Fairy Friends and Love You a Latte stamped in Versafine Onyx Black ink (the warm wishes is heat embossed in clear since it's on vellum!).
The vellum panel is machine stitched in place and holds some star glitter and iridescent sequins!
There is still a bit of time to play along with the Fall Coffee Lovers Bloghop!

I have so enjoyed being a guest designer this month- I had the chance to meet many of the members of The Heart Desires over the weekend- and I can't even express how fun, welcoming and talented they all are!
Speaking of that awesome group- did you see this news? SQUEAL!!!

PTI Blog Hop September 2016 + MIM #261: Flowers on Masculine Projects

Playing along with the PTI blog hop today. It felt like it combined well with the MIM challenge as well- so here is what I've come up with:

Stamps and dies from Meadow Greens for the floral part- all are heat embossed with either clear or white powder. The tag is from the tremendous tags dies & stamped with a sentiment from Botanical Blocks. Some thicker jute finishes it off.
It was great to watch the Seahawks dominate today!
Go HAWKS!

Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop 2016/ The Heart Desires Challenge #4

It's HERE it's HERE! The Fall Coffee Lovers Bloghop starts today!
I Love to see all the amazing creativity this hop brings out!
Here's what I've come up with:

I was inspired by the colors, sunflowers, stripes & chalkboard from The Heart Desires Challenge #4. There's still time to play!
I've used Lawn Fawn Love You a Latte stamps & dies. The Coffee image is stamped on Strathmore Bristol cardstock with black onyx versafine ink. The card base is DCWV, the sunflower paper is g45. Bits of ribbon finish it off!

Did you know that The Heart Desires is one of the Super Sponsors?
Thanks to Amy and all the amazing sponsors that make this hop so fun!

The Heart Desires September Guest Designer

I'm so excited to be joining The Heart Desires as a guest designer for September!!
Here is my first card:

I was so excited I *might* have picked up some new goodies from The Heart Desires store!!
I've used Strathmore watercolor paper with dark brown Brusho crystals for my base. This was my first time using Brusho crystals & it is quite an adventure!
Once that was dry I pulled out the new  Concord & 9th's Give Thanks set and stamped the sentiment in vintage sepia versafine ink using my misti; I added versamark and clear embossing powder over the top so that I could stamp the wheat in Delicata Golden Glitz over the top. The veins are stamped in the same versafine brown.
Using the Concord & 9th Layering Leaves Dies I cut the wheat & rubbed them with more of the gold ink before attaching to the watercolor panel.
A few spatters of water topped with gold embossing powder finishes this fun fall card off!
Thank you to the entire Heart Desires team for inviting me to join you this month!
I will be back with another card at the end of the month; for now you should head over to the store as Tonya has a ton of new items!!

MIM #260: From Black & White to Color

Playing along with this week's MIM challenge!
I've pulled out Year of Flowers, Fancy Flourishes & Graceful Greetings.

Versafine ink & some zigging for color (the color is inspired by the mums a friend gave me!)- finished off with some Pretty Pink Posh clear sequins.
Trying to get back into the swing of school- I think I'm more exhausted than my sweet 6th grader!
