PTI vintage cream cardstock base. The green is several strips of the PTI vintage lace die put together. (yes this DID take a silly amount of time, but so worth it!) The sentiment is from PTI garden variety- stamped in aqua mist, and then in versafine brown. I'm sure you may have guessed that the GORGEOUS ribbon is May Arts. *smile* A little chamomile ink around the focal panel & a handmade flower finish it off. (the flower is on a clip, so it can be worn on a headband, purse, etc)
