I was inspired by Jay Gee's challenge on the colors- my pink is a bit brighter than the cute straws in her pic, but it's where the idea came from. And the layout is from the Ribbon Carousel's sketch. The patterned paper is Pink Paislee *swoon*, the dots are PTI & that's the new Baker's Twine from May Arts! I also cut some tulle with the die to layer between the petals.
I think it created a pretty spring card. What do you think?
And here's the die!
And don't forget to head to May Arts & check out the fun swap!
Thanks so much for stopping by! I'd love to hear what you think! TGIF!!!!

ReplyDeleteSuch a FUN idea and who would have thought that a couch could make such a NEAT flower!! HAHA~~I think you were spot on with the PTI Challenge though I think she was wanting us to think outside the box when she said she was given the challenge that she could make a flower out of anything!! LOVE IT and thanks for sharing!! =)
Have a FABULOUS WEEKEND!!
I would not have picked the couch die as the one you used Jen, how clever! Love the added tulle - pretty card. Thanks so much for joining us at Jay Gee's :)
ReplyDeleteThis is seriously fun! I love the paper you used to incorporate the die to make the flower! It worked perfectly. Wow way to work three in one! Awesome...that takes talent! :-)))
