PTI Blog Hop: October 2014 take 2

I've got one more tag to share for this month's PTI hop!

For this one I adhered ribbon & then die cut the tag- I like how it turned out!

The ribbons I used were:

1/4" adhesive scalloped border in red & tiffany blue

3/8" satin with knotted edge in parrot green

5/8" satin scallop edge in fucshia

and of course another snowflake!
