So here's what I've got:
Alice colored with prisma pencils. I really want to try out odorless mineral spirits with them- Bella's got a phenom tutorial. It will be a challenge, as I tend to have a very light hand with coloring...
Heather Bailey paper. Having a tough time finding the fabric locally, but I've got this cute paper (and I USED it!!!)
Delish ribbon, no?
Delish ribbon, no?
I know I don't have to tell you, as you've already guessed it's May Arts....
Hoping this is enough aquamarine. I know my friend Erin will be very pleased at how this is not monochromatic aquamarine (and very literal!)- baby steps for me too.
What do you think?
A very light hand at coloring leads to a very pretty girl on your card. Perfect choices!
ReplyDeleteAWW Jen she is sooo sweet, love the soft colors with her...absolutely precious creation!
ReplyDeleteI love the paper, great job on using the stash... and of course I'm proud! Wish I could color that well. And of course fabulous ribbon.

ReplyDeleteI hope you are feeling better. I'm sure it must have been traumatic cutting into that delightful paper. Ha!
And you have totally inspired me to pull out the pencils and H2O crayons. I haven't used them in ions!
That's is fabulous - your coloring is delightful. Using odorless mineral spirits is fun - and it actually darkens your pencil coloring slightly.
ReplyDeleteI think your light coloring is perfectly delightful on this little angel. LOVE that sheer ruffle ribbon treatment...too creative!
