50th Wedding Anniversary

That's pretty amazing, isn't it? My husband's parents celebrated their golden anniversary yesterday! Here's the card I made them:

the image is from Crafty Secrets (thank you, Karen!)- it's embossed with gold powder. I used a shimmery white paper for the focal panel & card base. The flower is one of the ribbon burnt flowers using May Arts gold satin.

I used that same satin & topped it with May Arts lace to wrap around the focal panel. Here's another angle- trying to show you the shimmer...

And yesterday I had to pinch myself!!! Cath featured my post about Hadley's birthday on her out & about segment!!! Talk about making a girl's day!!!

Thanks so much for stopping by- hope you're having a great weekend!

  1. Seriously, this is beautiful. The gold is so so pretty and appropriate, and the stamp works so well with your beautiful bloom.
