we also filled those bags I stamped & will have them all ready to go for the first day of school for the staff...
Here's a couple of close-ups (minus the background!). I used PTI aqua mist for the banner base, creative memories red (diecut with cricut & embossed with PTI letters palte). The pencils are Cosmo Cricket (from the boyfriend- thansk Sav for reminding me I had this paper!). The 'ruler' paper is Cosmo Cricket material girl.
Some May Arts 3/16" grosgrain/stripes to hang it on & machine stitching around the pennants with letters. In other news of things that 'rule'- Hadley lost her first tooth! She pulled that bugger out on her own-probably a few days early! (she is her mama's daughter!!) She looks so grown up with her sassy hair & missing tooth!
I'll add this to Wee Memories 'back to school' challlenge:
As well as the ribbon carousel challenge to use 2 or more 'spooled' items- thread counts! :D
Thanks so much for stopping by- I'd love to hear what you think!
