The theme was to make a Christmas Card- so here's my contribution:
PTI kraft cardstock, vintage bookprint that I pleated, Cosmo Cricket pp. I used PTI's vintage ornaments stamps & die, along with the MIM technique of layering cereal box to create your own chipboard element. The strip along the top is punched with the fiskars border punch & machine sewed on top of the book brint. A little May Arts burlap string to tie it on, and a flourish in versamark. It's very hard to see the clear embossing on the ornament, but it adds a nice detail in person.
It was an honor to participate in this blog hop, I think I might whip up a few more of these before delivering them to the OWH shipper....
Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope you are getting crafty today!!! Head over to the OWH hop to see all the great contributions!
Fabulous, love kraft based christmas cards and what fun to use the cereal box trick to add a bit more to the ornament.
