PTI November blog hop with wee memories!
This month's hop is all about tags!! I wipped up a couple cuties quickly while waiting for the turkey to cook today....
Here's what I came up with:
I used some glimmermist on the doily, but the stamps are PTI. Ribbon is may arts on the top one & from my stash on the next one.
And since this week's challenge at Wee Memories is to get a little pink in I worked it into one of my tags! :) I love the non-traditional colors on this one!

PDCC #56, EBTKS #27
I combined a couple of great challenges this go-round....
Don't you just LOVE this inspiration pic from PDCC?
Thought this sketch was pretty fun too:
And here's what I came up with:
Cardstock is creative memories, ribbon is May Arts, felt is from Joanns. I used spellbinders bird for my diecut, and a sentiment from PTI round & round in versamark (it doesn't show well in the pic though! It says 'with gratitude')
Let me just admit this is NOT how I envisioned it. I'd already cut the slits for the ribbon before I realized they wouldn't work, so had to improvise & cut a few more, which threw all of the spacing off. grr.
On a lighter note- this little guy LOVES the snow!!! It's hilarious! If you throw him a snowball he pounces on it & digs around with his muzzle....
And this little person was not the least bit deterred when I told her we needed to wait a bit to go play in the snow, since it was only 10 degrees! She immediately brought an idea for a craft to work on- and who am I to say no to crafting?! :D

Here she is hard at work:
We just came in from me pulling her around the snow/ice covered neighborhood on her sled. It's amazing I'm still alive- thought I'd give myself a heart attack for sure! But since I clearly burned extra calories today, I'll feel JUST FINE making up for them on Thanksgiving!!!!
Counting my blessings....

It's almost Thanksgiving!!!
And boy do I have a lot to be grateful for...!
I made our cranberry sauce today- isn't this just the prettiest?
it's NOTHING compared to how yummy it is once it looks like this:
do you make your cranberry sauce? it's a fave at our table- made with apple cider/juice & cinnamon...mmmmm.
And how cute is this person? She was so excited that it was snowing she had to get out there before she even got dressed!! (yes, she did get dressed & go out again later....!)
And this was this guys first taste of the stuff... I think he loved it! He loved chasing snowballs & then digging around for them!

Wee Memories #31
This week's challenge was to use patterned paper- I DO have a tiny bit of that...! :)
Here's my card:
Card base, stamps & die PTI. Patterned paper is MME. I also outlined the pp & die with MS fire opal glitter glue- it is SO sparkly in person & really picks up the shimmer of the paper (which is embossed with glitter!)
Thanks so much for stopping by- I'd love to hear what you think! :)

OTWC #33 sponsored by May Arts!
This week's OTWC is sponsored by May Arts!!! Hurry- you have time to play along!!!
I honestly thought that last color was melon pink- but I guess it's peach.... So that explains the Melon cardstock & ink on my card! :)
I cut the scalloped panel with nesties, then used 2 rectangles to cut the green grame. With the bigger than life set coming out I was inspired to bring the original set out.... Also used text in versamark ink on the lower portion of the card base.

And I'm sure you spied that gorgeous May Art satin/grosgrain double band ribbon....
So head over to OTWC & see what everyone's done- and don't forget the weekend giveaway May Arts is having. Only a few more hours to get in on that!! :)

Moxie Damask Card Set
I know. You're not surprised!! :)
I needed to make something for my sweet neighbor who has let me borrow her sewing machine for a month! (she's a quilter, so it's her old backup- one of 5, I think!) She recently got her real estate license, so thought a bunch of thank you cards might come in handy! :)

Another market bag....
I was trying to find something that I hadn't shared with you (that doesn't have damask- HA!) & found this! This was a market bag I made for the May Arts booth at the International Quilt festival. It was last weekend & a little birdie told me they will be sharing pics of it on the May Arts blog soon! :D
I know Michelle loves the color! LOL!
Aren't those ribbons just yummy? That's the ivory satin pleats, with the ivory velvet ric rac sewn over the middle. Yep, I said velvet ric rac. It's A-MAZ-ING.
