I used my fave PTI sets to create my background- guidelines 2 & giga guidelines. PTI smokey shadow cardstock, vellum lining. PTI smokey shadow, fresh snow; versafine black onyx & brilliance sunflower yellow (stamped off once) inks.
Also used the new PTI fillable frames 8 die & stamps for the cut out & sentiment. Creating the background paper with this set is something I learned when giga guidelines was being released- I think mainly from Nichole's blog. The cut-out of the main panel is Maile-ish! :)

ReplyDeleteHi, again, Jen! I was going to reply to your comment, but I'd accidentally deleted it, as I saw two Jens at exactly the same time & though it was a "hiccup" -- LOL! Anyway, I think if you continue to heat your shrink plastic longer than you think you need to (what I've had to do) and when it's the perfect shape again, I grab a plain white sheet of paper & a wood stamp & lightly press for a few seconds. When it's cool, if it looks not totally shiny in spots, I re-heat just a bit & it all then shines & is smooth! Try it!!! ;-)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful stamping - I love the cut out window and the really subtle use of the yellow - such a great idea!
